We have the knowledge and experience in several industries including metal furniture, store display, automotive accessories, lighting, medical equipment, point of purchase display, studio equipment, swimming pool equipment, gymnasium / fitness equipment, etc. This vast experience in such a wide range of industries makes it possible for us to develop your project from start to finish.
In most cases, a manufactured item is powder coated or plated. Since we do both finishing operations in-house, we have the experience and knowledge to engineer and fabricate a product in order to achieve the best possible finishing results. For example: the manufacturing method best used for a powder coated item is not the same method best used for a polished chrome plated item.
This knowledge is extremely important in the early stages of engineering.
Our knowledge and hands-on experience is supported by a state-of-the-art ‘parts modeling’ computer system as well as the standard auto-cad system. “Detailed shop drawings” are usually required to begin the manufacturing process. However, if you don’t have drawings, we can help you develop them using our drafting expertise and advanced computer aide.
